As a result of participating in the Pleasure Project for 18 months, I have established non-negotiable self care routines, have healthier habits and boundaries and am living daily life better aligned with my values and desires. I have a full draft of my novel completed. I did have a couple of short stories accepted by magazines for publication so that's nice confirmation that I'm in the right direction there. I've been working on my book coaching practice during this whole project on top of everything else. And a few of the people that I was working with want to keep going. So that's kind of amazing. Writing is a daily habit now, whereas before it was when I was inspired, now it's a discipline to sit down and write no matter what.
The biggest win for me is that my all-or-nothing judgy brain questioning overthinking has gone away. It's awesome. I don't know when it happened, but it broke.

The other cool thing I started up was the gym. I resisted going there for years. I love it to the point where I hate it when I need to miss the session. I realize how much I love building muscle.
