I am a certified yoga health coach, yoga teacher and mothers of 2 rambunctious young boys. I've been studying yoga since 2000, teaching since 2004 and have over 1000 hours of training (in the styles of Jivamukti, Anusara and Sridaiva/bowspring). Eventually my desire to take my health and wellbeing into my own hands and to learn how to keep my family healthy led me to Ayurveda in 2011. After implementing the daily routine of Ayurveda and noticing the profound impact it had on my energy and happiness, I began coaching clients into these better body habits in 2013. I aim to inspire others about the importance of healthy habits in crafting the life of their dreams. I'm deeply passionate about travel, adventure, learning, movement of any kind and the arts.
